SUPPORT

PCH offers study support of up to R10,000.00 per year and 8 days of study leave, subject to a work-back agreement.

DISCRETIONARY BONUS

Permanent employees (not on probation) may be eligible for a bonus of up to a 13th cheque, paid in their birthday month each year.

  • Professional fees: PCH will cover professional fees.

  • Salary increases: Salary increases occur in March of each year if KPI’s are met.

  • Annual leave: Increases by 1 day each year for the first 5 years.

  • Maternity leave: Permanent employees who have been with PCH for more than 12 months qualify for 50% salary for 4 months of maternity leave based on company policy.

  • Turnberry Gap cover: PCH offers a group membership for Turnberry Gap cover. Employees interested in Gap cover receive a 50% discount on Turnberry's premium plan.

  • Medical aid tax credit: The company can incorporate medical aid tax credits into the employee's monthly payslip if they choose to receive monthly medial aid tax credits.
