The 2019 Intellidex Top Private Banks and Wealth Managers Awards, held in Johannesburg recently, has established itself as SA’s leading assessment of the industry. Private Client Holdings put in a stellar performance in its first year of entry, taking second position overall in the Top Wealth Manager Boutiques in South Africa.

This award is based purely on feedback from a confidential client survey. Results were generated from a weighted score - one of which measured Trustworthiness in which PCH ranked highest overall scoring 9.88 out of 10.

Intellidex’s Top Private Banks and Wealth Managers survey is an annually held research project designed to benchmark companies in the South African wealth management and private banking sector. First launched in 2012, the Intellidex research process has two main elements; the first is a questionnaire that the company completes and the second element is an anonymous online client survey which assesses the different strengths and weaknesses of the private banks and wealth managers. According to Intellidex, because different firms have different areas of focus and speciality, the individual archetype winners are as important as the overall awards and deserve recognition for their area of excellence.
